Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Sydney time) on business days are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be packed but dispatched on the next business day, as Australia Post does not operate during these periods.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Auspost Standard Shipping — $10: 3–7 business days
  • Auspost Express Shipping — $16: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)
  • Signature Required — $20: Recommended for high-value orders or upon request. If required, we will contact you before dispatch.
  • Uber Delivery (Sydney Metro only): Same-day or next-day delivery, subject to driver availability and order cutoff times. This option is available exclusively within the Sydney metropolitan area.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or driver availability.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout and are calculated based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
  • Free express shipping is automatically applied to orders over $150.
